Letting Go of Past Pain & Anger
There are many times in our life, especially growing up, that we get told to “get over it” or “put it behind you”. This happens to almost everyone at some point. This is not good for YOU, ME or Anyone else. This builds a suppression mechanism in us. What we end up doing is putting our hurt or anger in some little box and “put it away”.
The Problem with Anger and Pain
One of the biggest problems of doing this is, it never stays “put away”. It generally grows in some way. Some small thing may pop up and we explode. Sometimes at ourselves but more often at the ones, we love. The other thing that can happen is that we pass on great opportunities because we don’t want to feel _____ again!
The good news about this is we can learn to let those difficult feelings go and truly start loving life again! In this program, we will cover Anger, past pain, and resentment and how to live without the sadness or guilt.
