What happens in a session?

During our initial consultation, we determine what is holding you back from achieving your full potential. Once we have identified the problem, then we develop a plan to conquer the issue using RELENTLESS, AWARENESS, CLEAR, and EMOTIONAL mastery - aka the R.A.C.E Formula.

How much time between sessions?

Ideally, the first four sessions should occur weekly. After that, we can schedule additional meetings, if and when they are needed. Mental strength training is an ongoing process just like physical training.

What's the difference between mental toughness training and sport psychology work?

The goal of sport psychology is to increase performance, mental toughness and the mindset that you will succeed. Mental training for sports breaks down psychological barriers so that you can reach your peak performance. However, mental toughness focuses on the ability to prevail over challenges and perform well under pressure. Mental toughness means you have an array of mental skills that allow you to perform your best in any situation.
